Refund Policy

Kundali Decoded is a digital subscription service. All services — including chart generation, predictions, reports, AI consultations, dasha analyses, and all platform features — are delivered digitally and instantaneously upon payment. Because digital services are consumed at the moment of access, no refunds are offered under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal preference after purchase.
• Dissatisfaction with astrological predictions or outcomes.
• Failure to use the service during the subscription period.
• Accidental purchase (please review your cart before checkout).
• Technical difficulties on your device or internet connection.
• Disagreement with astrological interpretations or recommendations.
• Account suspension or termination due to Terms & Conditions violations.

The following plans are currently available on Kundali Decoded:

There are no free trials on any paid plan. You may use the Free plan indefinitely before deciding to upgrade. Paid plans grant immediate access to premium features upon payment and are non-refundable.

• "Lifetime" on this Platform is defined as the earlier of: (a) seven (7) years from your purchase date, or (b) the date VastuCart® permanently ceases operation of Kundali Decoded.
• If Kundali Decoded is discontinued, VastuCart® will provide a minimum of 90 days advance notice to all active Lifetime plan holders via the registered email address.
• No refund, pro-rated or otherwise, is owed upon expiry of the 7-year term or upon platform discontinuation.
• The Lifetime plan is non-transferable and tied to a single registered account.
• Lifetime plan availability is limited and offered at VastuCart®'s sole discretion. We reserve the right to stop offering new Lifetime plan sales at any time without affecting existing Lifetime plan holders.

Individual astrological reports (purchased on an a la carte basis, if available) are generated and delivered digitally upon purchase. They are:

• Non-refundable once generated, regardless of satisfaction with content.
• Licensed for your personal use only — not for resale or redistribution.
• Delivered to your registered email and/or accessible within your account dashboard.

Astrologer plan subscriptions follow the same no-refund policy as all other paid plans.

• Digital remedies and digital features are included at no extra cost for Astrologer plan holders (digital remedies free).
• Physical samagri and products are fulfilled via store.vastucart.in and subject to its own Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Physical products are available at cost to Astrologer plan members.
• Astrologers using this Platform are independent practitioners. VastuCart is not responsible for consultations, advice, or outcomes provided by any astrologer to their clients through or outside this Platform.

Links to physical products (samagri, yantras, malas, crystals, etc.) within the Platform redirect to store.vastucart.in. All purchases made at store.vastucart.in are governed exclusively by that store's own Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

• Kundali Decoded has no involvement in physical product transactions made at store.vastucart.in.
• For returns, refunds, or shipping queries on physical orders, contact VastuCart® directly at [email protected].
• If a future version of this Platform includes direct physical product checkout, a separate policy addendum will be published and linked here.

• You may cancel a recurring subscription (Monthly or Annual) at any time through Account Settings → Subscription.
• Cancellation stops future billing. It does not trigger any refund for the current billing period.
• You retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid period.
• After the paid period ends, your account downgrades to the Free plan automatically.
• Deleting your account does not constitute cancellation of a subscription and does not entitle you to a refund.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.

Initiating a chargeback for a legitimately delivered digital service may result in permanent account termination and may be contested with documented proof of service delivery.

VastuCart® reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised Policy takes effect immediately upon posting at kundali.vastucart.in/refund. It is your responsibility to review this Policy before each purchase. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
