Welcome to Kundali Decoded (“Platform”), a Vedic astrology and wellness platform accessible at kundali.vastucart.in.

By creating an account, logging in, ticking the “I agree” checkbox at sign-up or login, accessing any report, or using the Platform in any manner whatsoever, you (“User,” “you”) irrevocably agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, all incorporated herein by reference.

Kundali Decoded is operated by:

VastuCart® operates multiple digital properties including store.vastucart.in, kundali.vastucart.in, panchang.vastucart.in, and any future sub-domains under the VastuCart ecosystem. These Terms govern your use of the Kundali Decoded platform specifically.

Kundali Decoded provides technology-powered Vedic astrology analyses, interpretations, and wellness content, including but not limited to:

• Kundali (birth chart) generation and multi-layer planetary analysis
• Dasha, antardasha, and predictive timeline systems
• Yoga, dosha, and planetary combination analysis
• Nakshatra profiling and compatibility matching (Kundali Milan)
• Numerology analysis derived from birth data and name
• Panchang (Vedic almanac) for daily and weekly planning and muhurta
• Gemstone and remedy recommendations
• AI-powered astrological consultation via the Digital Guru feature
• Life domain insights covering career, wealth, health, love, and spirituality
• Downloadable astrological reports

All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. VastuCart reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This Platform is not directed at minors.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You are not barred from using this Platform under any applicable law.
• All information you provide — including birth data — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are using the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly authorised in writing by VastuCart.

VastuCart reserves the right to refuse access, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole and absolute discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted under your account — whether or not authorised by you — are your sole responsibility. You agree to:

• Notify VastuCart immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or subscription restrictions.
• Provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Accept responsibility for all charges and activities incurred under your account.

VastuCart bears no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from unauthorised access to or use of your account. VastuCart reserves the right to suspend, terminate, merge, or refuse access to any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Access to premium features requires an active paid Subscription. By subscribing, you authorise VastuCart (or its authorised payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable fee.

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Prices are subject to change with or without prior notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• VastuCart does not store full payment card details. All card data is handled exclusively by authorised payment processors.

Astrology is a cultural, philosophical, and spiritual system rooted in ancient Indian Jyotish tradition. Kundali Decoded presents Vedic astrological analyses as a tool for self-reflection, cultural exploration, and personal guidance only.

All astrological content on this Platform — including birth chart readings, dasha predictions, horoscopes, yoga analyses, dosha assessments, gemstone recommendations, nakshatra profiles, numerological insights, compatibility reports, muhurta timings, and all other features — is provided for entertainment, educational, and cultural purposes only.

VastuCart makes no representations or warranties that:

• Any astrological prediction, reading, or interpretation is or will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• Astrological remedies (including gemstones, mantras, rituals, or dietary changes) will produce any specific outcome.
• Compatibility scores reflect actual interpersonal compatibility.
• Any event, period, or circumstance described in a dasha or forecast will occur as described.
• Gemstone or remedy recommendations will confer any stated benefit.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Astrology is not a scientifically validated system for predicting future events.
• You use all astrological content entirely at your own risk.
• No astrological content should be used as the sole basis for any significant life decision.
• VastuCart, its proprietor, employees, contractors, and data providers are not liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages arising from your reliance on astrological content.
• Results, if any, are purely based on individual belief, faith, and personal experience.

The Digital Guru feature uses large language models (AI) to provide astrological consultation-style responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital Guru responses are generated by automated artificial intelligence systems and are not provided by a licensed human astrologer, counsellor, psychologist, physician, lawyer, or financial advisor.
• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, culturally insensitive, or contextually inappropriate.
• The Digital Guru cannot verify your birth data, current circumstances, or the accuracy of any information you provide.
• Conversations with Digital Guru are logged for service quality, safety monitoring, and model improvement, subject to our Privacy Policy.
• VastuCart does not guarantee availability, uptime, or response quality of the Digital Guru feature.
• You must not use the Digital Guru as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency services.

• MEDICAL: No content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything on this Platform. Astrological health insights are for general cultural awareness only.
• LEGAL: No content constitutes legal advice. Do not use astrological guidance as a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney.
• FINANCIAL: No content constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice. Do not make financial decisions based solely on astrological timing or wealth predictions.
• PSYCHOLOGICAL: No content constitutes mental health advice, therapy, or counselling. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
• RELATIONSHIP: Compatibility scores and relationship guidance are for entertainment only. Do not base major relationship decisions — including marriage or divorce — solely on astrological reports.

VastuCart expressly disclaims all liability for any damages or harm arising from your reliance on Platform content as professional advice of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• VastuCart provides the Platform and all Services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
• VastuCart disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
• VastuCart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• VastuCart's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid VastuCart in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₹500 (Indian Rupees five hundred).
• VastuCart is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account, server failures, data loss, or force majeure events.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VastuCart, its proprietor Prashant Kumar, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your use of the Platform or any content thereon.
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
• Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information you provide, including birth data.

VastuCart® is a registered trademark (Class 21) exclusively owned by Prashant Kumar, Sole Proprietor. Unauthorised use, imitation, or misrepresentation of the VastuCart® trademark is strictly prohibited under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, chart algorithms, interpretation engines, AI models, reports, and visual designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of VastuCart or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable international law.

• You may access and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from VastuCart.
• Kundali reports generated for you are licensed to you for personal use only; you may not resell, redistribute, or publish them as your own work.
• No content from this Platform may be scraped, crawled, mirrored, or copied in any manner without explicit written permission.
• You grant VastuCart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use aggregated, anonymised data derived from your use for service improvement and analytics.

You represent and warrant that:

• All birth data (date, time, place of birth) you provide is either your own, or you have explicit consent from the individual whose data you are entering.
• You will not enter birth data of any person for malicious, harassing, or harmful purposes.
• You accept full responsibility for the accuracy of birth data entered. Inaccurate birth data produces inaccurate astrological outputs, for which VastuCart bears no responsibility.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, including compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another user's account.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written authorisation.
• Use automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any feature or output without written permission.
• Use the Platform to harass, defame, threaten, or invade the privacy of any individual.
• Enter birth data of any person without their knowledge or consent for surveillance, harassment, or malicious intent.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or overloads our infrastructure.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites including store.vastucart.in, payment processors, and social media platforms. VastuCart does not control or endorse third-party sites or their content, and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

VastuCart may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in conduct harmful to users or VastuCart, fail to pay subscription fees, or provide false registration information.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. Sections 7 (Astrology Disclaimer), 8 (AI Disclaimer), 9 (No Professional Advice), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 12 (Intellectual Property), 18 (Governing Law), and 19 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.

The most current version will always be published at kundali.vastucart.in/terms with the “Last Updated” date shown at the top.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms, regardless of whether you have read them. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

VastuCart may additionally modify, add, or remove any Service, feature, pricing, or content at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments (ITAA 2008)
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872
• The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

Subject to the dispute resolution clause below, the courts of competent jurisdiction at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters that proceed to litigation.

Mandatory Pre-Dispute Contact: Before initiating any formal dispute, you must contact VastuCart in writing at [email protected] specifying the nature and details of the dispute, and allow 30 (thirty) days for good-faith resolution.

Arbitration: If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Hindi, seated at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India, by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon or appointed under the Act. The award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, VastuCart has designated the following Grievance Officer:

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and VastuCart regarding the Platform.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
• Assignment: You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms. VastuCart may assign freely.
• Force Majeure: VastuCart is not liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures.
• Electronic Acceptance: Ticking the "I agree" checkbox constitutes a valid electronic signature and legally binding acceptance under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Language: These Terms are in English. Any translated version is for convenience only; the English version prevails.
